A BIT MORE ABOUT ME

Over 20 years experience teaching group fitness classes.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.


As a busy mum of 2 children I understand how difficult it is to fit training into your week.  My relaxed and fun approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I have a wide ranges of experiences in the fitness industry including working as a studio instructor, managing gyms and studios, owning my own post natal business and working as a secondary PE teacher and Head of Department.
